With the Original Pasture Raised Grain Finished Cattle , you will receive top quality ranch raised beef directly from our family to yours! These cattle are raised on Weinheimer Ranch from day one so we take them every step of the way with the upmost care to facilitate the development of mouthwatering flavorful beef for your family to enjoy. These cattle are finished on grain to allow for quality marbling and muscle development. All raised without the use of hormone implants, unnecessary antibiotics or MRNA Vaccine.
With the Original Whole and Half Calf Orders you can chose how you want your beef processed. We will contact you with details regarding processing dates and assist in filling out a cut sheet for your whole and half calves. Quarter Calf Shares are cut at a standard cut with 1" Steaks, 2" roasts, all other cuts are divide as evenly as possible.

Not all cuts listed will be available on every order some will cancel others out
