With the Sampler Box you will receive approximately 15lbs of beef cuts hand selected for each box. The Sampler Boxes are made to fit comfortably in most standard freezer baskets so they are perfect for anyone limited on space but still interested in having a supply of locally sourced beef on hand for any occasion.
Cuts in Sampler boxs will include at least:
- 1- Package of one of the following-Ribeyes, T-bones, New York Strips or Filets,
- 1 Package of Sirloin or Round Steak,
- 1 Chuck or Arm Roast
- 5 chubs of Ground Beef.
- Remaining weight will be made up of any of the following:Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, Short Ribs, Round Steak, Ground Beef
Delivery Information
Meat can be picked up at the ranch, butcher or at one of the meet up locations listed on the store page or at check out. We also offer local delivery to Gillespie, Kendall, Blanco, and Comal Counties.
